Is this course for beginners or experienced writers?

Both. Free Speech is not focused on skill-building or technique, it’s about transmuting and clearing what interferes with your natural expression - which is your personal master key. Whether you are just beginning or have been writing for years, the work meets you where you are and works with your relationship to language, visibility, and self-trust. 

Do I need to be sharing my writing publicly to benefit from this course?No. You can take this course entirely privately. Many people join because they want to share eventually but don’t yet feel safe or clear enough to do so. The work focuses on internal permission and coherence first, external sharing can come later, if and when it feels aligned.

Is this a marketing, copywriting, or business writing course?

No. This course does not teach hooks, frameworks, conversion strategies, or persuasion. While people often find that their writing becomes clearer and more impactful professionally as a result of this work, that is a by-product, not the focus. 

Is this a live program? No. I will not be teaching live or working directly with people (there is a 1:1 session option if you require more tailored guidance) - the modules are pre-recorded and drip fed into a course platform, over six weeks. And then you have lifetime access after that. 

 What do you mean by “energetic journeys”?

The energetic journeys are guided, experiential audio processes designed to support nervous system regulation, somatic safety, and the release of unconscious patterns that interfere with expression. They are not hypnosis and do not require prior experience. Participation is always optional.

How is the course delivered?

The course is initially drip-fed over six weeks. Each teaching module includes recorded video, audio, and a written overview with key takeaways. Once released, all content remains available to you with lifetime access, and you can move through it at your own pace. How much time will this take each week?There is no required pace. Most modules can be completed in 60–90 minutes, but you are encouraged to work with the material slowly and intuitively. This course is designed to support depth, not productivity. 

Is this therapeutic work? This course is reflective, somatic, and insight-oriented, but it is not therapy and does not replace mental health care. If you are currently experiencing acute psychological distress, this course may not be appropriate support on its own. 

What if I fall behind or don’t complete everything during the six weeks?That’s completely okay. You will retain lifetime access to all materials and can return to the course whenever you need. There is no requirement to complete the course in a specific timeframe.
